Terms of Service

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the courses or coaching services provided by Randy Cabezas ("Coach", "Instructor"), you ("Student", "Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

The Coach agrees to provide the following services ("Services"):

• Access to Primorify courses, trainings, and instructional content.

• Group or one-on-one coaching sessions, as specified in the course or coaching package purchased.

2. Fees and Payment

By purchasing the course or coaching services, the Student agrees to the fee structure and payment schedule outlined on the checkout or order confirmation page. Payments must be completed in accordance with the stated terms at the time of purchase.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services and course materials.

3. Term

This Agreement becomes effective upon the Student's purchase and remains in effect until:

• The course or coaching program is completed; or

• The Agreement is terminated by either party in accordance with these terms.

4. Code of Conduct

To foster a respectful and effective learning environment, the Student agrees to:

• Participate respectfully and constructively with the Coach and other participants.

• Complete all assignments and attend scheduled sessions punctually and professionally.

• Refrain from harassment, discriminatory language, offensive comments, or disruptive behavior of any kind.

5. Right to Refuse or Terminate Enrollment

The Coach reserves the right to:

• Terminate this Agreement if the Student violates the Code of Conduct or fails to comply with course expectations.

• Refuse enrollment or continued participation at any time if the Student’s behavior is disruptive or harmful to others.

Refunds will not be provided in such cases unless explicitly granted by the Coach based on the circumstances.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in accordance with the refund policy stated on the specific course or product sales page. In general:

• No refunds will be granted after a defined refund window or after significant course content has been accessed.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to approval based on usage, engagement, and eligibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, written content, audio recordings, and digital resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Coach.

Students may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or publicly display any course content without express written permission from the Coach.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for any personal, professional, or business-related information shared during coaching sessions or through course platforms.

The Student agrees not to disclose proprietary information or coaching techniques shared by the Coach.

9. Disclaimer of Guarantees

The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, or career advancements. Results vary based on individual effort, skill level, implementation, and other external factors beyond the Coach’s control.

Participation in the course or coaching does not create any form of business partnership, employment relationship, or joint venture.

10. SMS Communications

By providing a phone number during enrollment or purchase, the Student consents to receive non-promotional SMS messages related to:

• Appointment or session reminders

• Course updates or notifications

• Billing, login, or account-related messages

• Support follow-ups

Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS. For support, contact [email protected].

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any legal action or dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami, Florida.

12. Implied Consent

By purchasing or accessing any of the services offered, the Student acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Continued use of the course materials or coaching services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
